Each revision is immutable. Prepare a candidate in shadow, observe it without effects and promote it through a ProofFlow-protected transition.
—ProofFlow denies by default while there is no active revision.—No comparison evaluation is running.—Rollback only becomes available after a promotion.Safe concurrency. Each transition uses the state version shown and fails if another administrator changes the rollout in the meantime. Writes require a recent device factor; in production, Presence.
Safe concurrency. Each change is applied only after you approve that exact change on your approver phone or with your passkey, and fails if another administrator changes the policy in the meantime.

Network zones
Classification by the connection address received by the server. Forwarded headers do not confer trust. With no match, a known connection is public.

Copy the version shown in Presence. Direct lookup from the browser only exists in development; an outdated version will be rejected on the phone.
The version read from the server. If another administrator changes the zones first, the change is refused and nothing is applied.

IAM / Presence
Roles and delegations
Prepare a change for the Presence authenticator. This browser does not receive the protected catalog, does not sign the mutation and gains no IAM authority. Android rereads the current state, recompiles the exact command and requires local confirmation.
Human comparison
Read in Presence
Compare the six digits on Android before confirming. The QR is not a credential: a copy only proposes the same fields and expires without granting authority.
Visual confirmation
Scan the QR shown by Presence or paste the document. Validation happens only in this browser and does not create an IAM read.
Organizations / Presence
Organization hierarchy
Prepare a non-authoritative proposal for Presence. The QR expires in five minutes, contains no credentials and does not change the hierarchy. Android rereads the authoritative graph, creates the operation locally and requires Presence confirmation before signing.
Human comparison

Install tokens
The Windows installer, a macOS profile (Jamf, Intune) or the Linux agent enrols computers with a token. A token is shown once, with the instructions for each platform it enrols; manual tokens leave each computer waiting for your approval.
Compliance profile
What a computer must report to count as compliant. Policies can require a compliant, managed or trusted device.
Offline sign-in and break-glass
Signed and sent to every computer. Offline, a person who signed in online on that computer uses its offline code for a limited time; otherwise only the helpdesk can let them in.
Accounts on every computer
A directory account belongs to one person on every computer: an AD account by its SID (also on AD-bound Macs and Linux), a Linux directory account as posix:DOMAIN:UID:NAME, a Mac account as macos:GENERATEDUID:NAME. A computer's own mapping, in its details, wins.
Agent updates
Computers install the chosen version by ring: canary first, then early, then broad, one delay apart. A failed update rolls back on that computer and pauses the rollout. Rings come from the UpdateRing group policy or a computer's details.
